Locating the property address or name with gps was difficult but located the property using the street address.
When i got to the property the desk customer person informed that he had no reservation for me. I showed him my reservation and he rudly replied that his boss never informed him of any reservation on my name.and walked out of me. . I asked for my refund he told me they do not charge upfront until a guess arrive. . I then left the property. And called a number for the property and someone answered when i introduced myself the individual told me that is his provate and not for the hotel and hangup.
I been trying to reach Exedia to communicate my difficulty and cancel the reservation. I have to make alternative arrangement and never stayed at the reserved hotel.
Cancel the reservation and how do i get my refund.
