When we arrived for check in, there was no one at the front desk. We rang a doorbell as indicated by a sign to get assistance, and waited several minutes. It was past 2200 due to our train being delayed into the city, and as we were waiting, I felt my anxiety rising - if no one showed, there was no number to call, and I could not find who in Expedia I would need to connect with in order to sort out another accommodation. Luckily, after about 10 minutes, staff arrived to check us in. I think as feedback, I would recommend the property have a note that says it may take 10 minutes for staff to arrive, if it is in the night and no one is around. Especially in the case that you know a reservation has not arrived.
