After hours staff was helpful with switching rooms for me since the ac didn't work. The front desk clerks were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms was decent. I didn't mind but, cleaning doesn't happen but once a month so you'll need to take your own trash to the dumpster out back and ask for a broom if needed. There are no cleaning supplies so, if you're staying a week or more, you may want to bring an all purpose cleaner, paper towels and dish washing utensils. There are no dishes, pots and pans or silverware provided but you do have a sink, cabinets, microwave, stove top and fridge. Only coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. No free breakfast. It was a decent stay all in all.
