I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel during the busy carnival period. Despite booking well in advance and calling the hotel 4-5 times, (someone answered and promised to confirm my booking and call me back but never did). I turned up and was told there was no room because my booking was not confirmed despite having paid to Expedia. I was later shown a shabby room which seemed to be in use and was told to wait for it to be cleaned. Well, I went searching for another hotel and, fortunately, found a nice one. I hate to do this but I really don’t think this hotel should be on Expedia!
