The room itself was standard comfort and to some extent even cozy. We booked this place as it advertised that it would be close to the airport, have free wifi, plus breakfast included - which would have been perfect after a long flight, landing late at night. As it turned out, none of these things were true. Our taxi-driver struggled to find the right place, even though (luckily we had the phone number) as the given address was false. After a 30 minutes drive, which should have been 7 (had the address been correct), we finally found the right place. After arriving, we were told that they did not have wifi, and that this was a miscommunication from Hotels.com's side. We were also told that it was our own responsibility to obtain sim-cards with 3G,.. The entire wifi-situation ended up being quite a delicate matter; which we experienced as a mixture of blame and arrogance being put on us (indicating we're naive/stupid), which only exacerbated the disappointment of being unable to contact our loved ones back home. Furthermore, a quarrel over the 'breakfast included' arose, and ended up being another delicate theme of elements that had been advertised, but not fulfilled. This was however corrected by the next day, and we did indeed receive breakfast. On a more positive note, the staff was really helpful in assisting us with our next step of the journey. However, sadly the overall experience rests heavily on the disappointment of advertised services not being met. Ps. Bathtub leaks
