Not what expected
We booked the "Suite Napoleon", described as a suite with a big bed and 4 other sofa/beds,45 m2. On the phone, the owner was very surprised when I've told her that I have booked a suite for the night coming. She asked me to call back in 2 minutes, something was not clear for her. I did. I explained her in my beginning italian level,all, again. She told me that she calls me back. And she did, with a very kind propose: to have a house for ourselfes,instead of sleeping at the pension. I thought it was because we have 2 kids and we might disturb, but looks like it was not the real reason: the suite was not available! But we payed for it. It was her employed who told us that in the pension was no place. The owner propose me to take 1 room from this house.There was just 1 bed, so I told her it was not enough 1 bed for 4 people!! Than she told me to take the 2nd room aswell. So we went back to this house, there were no towels, there were some badsmelling towels on the dryer, wet. So we were so lucky I had our 3 towels in my bag and we used them. Water was boiled or cold, no good temperature, imagine the confort we and our kids we had there. Next morning we gave back the key and we left,we took breakfast in Savona. She told me to leave( if I like )10 euros more,because of this favor she made us,sleeping in an individual house, but we decided not to leave any tips, because there were no condition for a bed and breakfast!
