A bit of a mixed experience. I got a Garden View Room. There was no garden to view, so apparently it's just a marketing name. But the room was gorgeous and I really liked the spacious layout and the beautiful free-standing bathtub. I had to leave my luggage with front desk to go to a lunch apt with friends before checking in. Even though all 3 employees spoke some English, it took FOREVER it seemed to finally figure out I don't have time to check in right then and it really tested my patience. There was so much sticky food on the phone that the receiver could only be lifted with difficulty. The marble floor in front of the windows was terribly dirty and unattractive for that reason. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was so comfy, even better than Wanda Reign where I had stayed a few night earlier. This is not for non-Chinese speaking guests as all the language in the room is only Chinese. Figuring out which light switch worked which light was an ongoing nightmare and far more complicated than it need have been. So was the TV--it took two remotes to operate and was complicated and only in Chinese. I wish the champagne on the stand by the tub had been marked that it cost money, as not doing that was kind of baiting and misleading. Other prices were well posted, though I think charging for tea bags is kind of unusual and I've never seen that before. I might stay here again as I really though the room was pretty and the bed fantastic.
