This apartment is a great deal for traveling on a budget to Rome. It is a short walk from the train stop, which is only one stop east of the Tiburtina train station. Multiple grocery stores are within a very short walking distance, along with restaurants. We had only one short night and did not have time to experience any of the local restaurants. We just grabbed some items at the grocery as we got in late from our touring that day. We had a 3:00 am departure for the airport which was kindly arranged by World Wide Bed and done by the apartment manager Leandro down the hall. This alleviated worrying about whether a taxi would arrive. The apartment manager also provided a map of Rome, listing of restaurants in the area, and a full page of instructions on how to get to/from all the Rome attractions using public transportation. We stayed in the Deluxe double room, but had a bed added as we were three people. A refrigerator, large bottle of water, utensils, coffee and coffee machine were provided in the room. The room is newly furnished, spotlessly clean and very modern. Electrical ports are conveniently located for charging multiple devices, including a USB port. The en-suite bathroom is gorgeous!!! On top of being quite large, it has both a gigantic Jacuzzi tub and a glass shower with door. It goes far beyond the bathrooms commonly found in Europe. I found the best way to communicate with Gigi concerning the reservation, changes, needs and arrival time was through What'sApp.
