I think the warmest welcome I received was from the breakfast lady. Saw 2 guests waiting in the lobby waiting for someone to fix something. Apparently, the person meaning the front desk couldn't do anything. The gentleman said he and his wife were waiting over an hour!?!? When the manager (male, young adult) got there, the guest rose and tried to speak to the manager about his problem, but the manager was rude and wanted nothing to do with it. Not even an apology. The only thing the manager said to them was I'm trying to help! No I'm sorry, no desire to hear the guest, just simply ride. I was flat out appalled. No matter what situation, that is simply unacceptable. Anything is fixable... with the right attitude. Pretty sure this manager is doing harm to your business. It's definitely made me think twice about choosing Home2Suites for my next stay. I normally visit Longmont a minimum of 4-5 times a year. Where your located is a convenience for me. But I will say my room was okay, the bathroom & shower were not very clean, and the toilet ran all night long. I was so tired in the AM, I just checked out, ate & left.
