We liked the design and artistry of the hotel and our room. It is a warm 'boutique' hotel without being 'in your face' cool. It is small, with just 20 rooms, so not often 'busy', either at the desk, cafe, pool, or the 3 lovely, and individually designed deck areas. There is a well designed sauna area, which was never being used when we wanted to use it.
We felt very welcome there. It was a wonderful base for travelling in Barcelona. It was just a 5 minute walk to a Metro station from which we could get near almost any destination we wanted to reach.
The 2 concierges, Tetiana and Clemence were warm, knowledgeable and helped us with many things, including directions, reservations, and recommendations. It was a pleasure to interact with them.
And, just small things, like the waiter who made our lattes, to go, each morning, also pushing the elevator button, and waiting to also push our floor number button!
The location, directly facing Montjuic was outstanding.
I can't recommend it highly enough.
If you are also a Barcelona football fan, you can walk up to the Olympic Stadium on Montjuic where they are playing for the next year or so.
