The apartment was wonderful, new, clean, very nice. The location was close to the airport, and a block from the tram that takes one to the city center. Garden terrace was beautiful and relatively private, good for a morning coffee with the newspaper. All that was after the fact that hotels.com and Smart2Stay management never coordinated where the checkin office is. It's not in the building or apartment was in, nor were there signs from the public way where to go. So, with luggage and small children, we rang stranger's doorbells, and flagged down passersby to finally discover the office was around 2 corners, 2 blocks from thre address of our room, which was at least the address hotels.com gave us. Upon checking in, and expressing annoyance at roaming the streets for 30 minutes, we were cut short and told that the signs are clear (checking again later, never seeing one) and the address and instructions were on another website... after traveling for 12 hours to get there, prior to a funeral of a loved one, we were not amused at that attitude and disregard for hospitality.
