Room was clean and tidy and cleaning staff did a good job. Unfortunately, the hotel was let down by some issues. The staff were not particularly welcoming as I've come to expect in Vietnam. Breakfast staff did not even say hello as they were too busy on their phones. This also seemed to prevent them from replenishing food that was running out. The worst of problem was, however, the noise. The first night I was woken at 2.30 by people shouting at each other. This may not have been the hotel staff's fault, however, I didn't then appreciate been woken at 6.30 by very loud dance music coming from reception. Each morning I was woken by the TV, loud talking or music at 6.00 - 6.30.
