The hotel does not offer a 5-star experience, starting with the reception, where there is no one to welcome you, you arrive with suitcases or bags and no one to open the door. the breakfast is very simple, without cheese or fruit (just fruit salad), if you don't like eggs there is no other option for a hot dish like pancakes or waffe. Several times the water in my room was not replenished, as were the hygiene products (cotton wool, shower cap). in other words, there is a lack of care for the guest, and it is simple things to do that make a lot of difference. Does not offer turndown service. As I prefer to sleep with a sheet and not a duvet, every day I asked for an extra sheet, the maid removed it EVERY day and did not put it back, meaning that the request had to be made daily, which is very tiring. Definitely not worth the cost benefit.The location is great.
