The hotel is new and very clean but the rooms are small (within japanese standards). The breakfast is very good and there are two options: japanese- western (with bread, butter, egg, corn-soup, mushrooms, tomatoes, noodles, “hamburger” and a pumpkin sweet) and fully japanese (rice, fish, miso etc). The hotel offers all kinds of amenities (from toothbrush to razor blades) and daily a bottle of water. Nearby there are several family mart, lawson, 7-eleven and some restaurants too. The access can be done by hatchobori station or tsukiji. If you are using JRPass, you can use it on the chuo line where hatchobori station belongs. Overall a good experience at a reasonable price. Would stay there again!
