“All you can do is step back in time” Kylie
Amazing country manor with eclectic mix of decor.Rooms were very unique and of period .All needs catered for and David a super host who did everything he could to make our stay the best .
From the first minute we walked in we were taken back in time .Funky sloping floors and beamed rooms .Coffee and Tea facilities in room .Our bathroom was not ensuite but down a corridor.Bit spooky at 3am but no
Issues.Fresh milk for morning cuppa not long life pods,nice touch.
Piano room and library interesting and decorated in beautiful antique furniture that again made me feel I was a “Lady of the manor”.
Breakfast perfect and any combination was freely accommodated.
What can I say about David ,”a gentleman and a scholar “. The prefect host .
Just to shout out for “The Carpenter’s Arms” fab and few yards up the road .Great food and hospitality.We are there 2nights on the trot and they even had some live music which was a bonus .
