Beautiful Views but poor Customer Care.
Disappointed with the customer care. Check in was 3pm (quite a late check-in time as it is) As we were going to a function at 5 and had to leave the hotel at 4.30 I called ahead to ask if it was possible to get in to the room a little earlier. I was told abruptly and with an incredulous voice that that was impossible as they would be cleaning rooms right up to 3pm. OK, but not even to be given a simple "see what we can do" or a polite apology was a slap in the face before we had even arrived. On arrival we had to go looking for someone to check-in and no-one seemed to know what was happening, eventually got our key and had to find a bit of furniture to lean on to fill in check-in information.
Given a lovely LOOKING room with stunning views over the bay only problem was the quality of the bedding was so poor we both slept really badly. As a room only deal we were really disappointed the cost.
