Mixed feelings about this one. Somehow my booking was lost so when I showed up my room was not available. Unfortunately this was at 2am so very inconvenient. I did sent them a text letting them know I would arrive by this time and they said no problem. Receptionist kept insisting check in was only after 1pm, she didn's understand that I had booked for the night I arrived. She then literally closed the door in my face. Very rude!
After I called the management they did help me find a room in the hostel around the corner (but only after I insisted, receptionist was very reluctant to help me out). They ended up paying for the hostel and gave me a discount on the next night when they did have a room. So I guess it was solved in a friendly professional matter.
The room itself was clean, and the place is conveniently close to the railway station.
All in all I wouldn't recommend the place as long as they don't fix the booking system. I don't know if it's their fault or Expedia's, but either way it needs to be solved. I do have to say management was very friendly and supportive the next day, but I suggest they give the receptionist some training in customer friendliness.
