When I checked in, they had trouble finding my reservation, but eventually they showed me to my room and I thought that was the end of it. When I checked out, they told me I owed $20 and I said I paid via Travelocity. I tried showing my reservation number from the email, but the clerk wouldn't look at it. I tried paying by card. The clerk took a long time, then said the machine wasn't working. I asked for a receipt for cash and he made another phone call. Eventually, I took a photo of my $20 on the counter and left, but still missed my bus.
