It is a boutique hotel and its structure may leave you in doubt (it is spread between three different buildings on different sides of the street), but you definitely cannot go wrong with this hotel. It is well located, right at the State Street one block from the pier and the beach. Some restaurant options around the hotel and, with some will, you can walk to the busiest parts of State Street. They also offer a house car that can take you free of charge to anywhere within 2 miles from the hotel.
Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable (although the queen beds are not the biggest that I've experienced), staff is super friendly. Rooftop has the swimming pool and a lounge. Lounge is very nice to hang and have a few drinks, nice view from there. Swimming pool is small though,
It is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed (maybe only below some Four Seasons and Ritz).
