I stayed 2 nights at the Moxy Hotel Franfurt East. Just after the breakfast of the first day, I started to feel sick and went up to the room. Unfortunately, as I approached the bathroom, I vomited, which in fact maked dirty part of the wall and the carpet at the entrance to the room. Immediately, I tried to clean what I could with the towels, and I placed in the door the request for cleaning the room (the cleaning guy was cleaning the room next door). Then I went to the street. The next day, when checking out, I was warned that they would charge me the absurd extra value of 350 euros for cleaning the room, ending the pleasure of the trip and the possibility of its continuation. Obviously, I'm deeply sorry that I've been sick and vomited, but it's an incident that the hotel ought to pay, not me, as it's an intrinsic fortuitous of the business, if it not happen because of something I ate at breakfast. It should be noted that the amount was directly charged to my card without any valid consent, since my complaints were ignored and I simply could not leave the hotel and I would miss the flight. I want the reversal of this value.
