Terrible service, starting with check in, room, to restaurant. Worst reception staff ever.
First, the resort blames expedia for not receiving confirmation. The resort owner's email was registered with expedia. (I assume this is because the owner gave his personal email when he initially registered) the reception staff uses another different email.
The reception blames expedia for not receiving confirmation, where, if they choose to use another email address they should have informed expedia in the first place.
The reception tells me my booking was a disadvantage to them because I booked a standard room, and since they did not get the confirmation (in fact they did receive the confirmation at the owner's email adddress) they were forced to give me a deluxe room instead.
By tellling me this, i don't know if the reception wants me to cancel my booking or they want me to add extra payment.
We dined at the resort that evening, the food arrived over 1 hour and 15 minuted after we ordered. My daughters got in terrible mood since they were hungry from swimming at the beach.
When I got my bill they charged me with extra food and drinks that I did not consume so I had to argue with 2 of their staff to get the bill corrected. They were implying I ordered but I didn't want to pay right. What's that????!!!
WORST RESORT. WORST EXPERIENCE. DONT EVER BOOK THIS RESORT.
