This review is hard to make because our room was extremely clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the front desk service was friendly and pleasant. The only problem was, when we got to our room it reeked of a mildew, moldy smell. We had rented two rooms and the other room smelled perfectly normal. We tried to change rooms, but the hotel was booked so they said there was nothing they could do. We suffered through the night and in the morning getting ready and they called us to say they were going to send someone up to check it out. No one came so we called back and they said oh no we changed our mind. We’re not sending anyone up. So when we came down to check out and they asked us how it was I said it’s really unfortunate because it was a lovely stay other than the fact that our room stunk miserably. She then went into a long explanation about how it’s not mold so we don’t have to worry. It’s their air-conditioning issue and problem and there’s nothing they can do about it, but it is going to get fixed. Refused to give us even a discount or any money back or anything so I probably will not be staying with Hilton again, unfortunately.
