Our stay was mixed - positive - fantastic location, next to Jordan underground, airport bus stop, great food places, night market etc has a nice patio to have breakfast etc, good communal facilities including fridge, hot water, microwave, can leave your luggage and the man who runs it, Dan is very nice and helpful.
Negative - rooms are very small, our room had a strong over powering sulphur smell when you ran hot water down the sink. It lasted the full stay. No routine room cleaning service. After 3 days we had to ask for towels as the one each we had, did not dryed and was smelling, we had had 3 days of rain, we had to leave a note as reception is not maned before 10.30 am or after 10.30 pm. At no point in in our 5 day stay was our room cleaned. Again we had to ask for our bin to be emptied and as a result we had small ants all over the room from the rotting food in our bin. The beds are short. We had a smaller room the fist night and that bed was very short, our secon room was much better. We paid £52 a night for 2 adults and 1 child, but for less money we had a five star hotel with breakfast in Phuket so to go from 5 star to this room was a bit of a shock to the system. The building the hotel is in is horrible, hotel it’s self is ok.
Would I stay again, probably as know what to expect and the best I could find for the price we paid and the location is very good and lovely to have the communal patio.
