The property is in a great location in Southbank, close to Crown Casino, and Eureka Tower. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating and communication before we arrived was excellent.
The kids loved the pool, but unfortunately Apt 262 was in need of maintenance. The apartment had an odd smell (maybe a pet owners apartment?) and the carpet was quite dirty. One double bed was broken (the slats kept collapsing in the middle of the night). One of our party slept on an airbed in the lounge room, where the blinds were broken and didn't fully close. The airbed was OK comfort-wise, except as a single sleeper it was like sleeping on an ice block in wintery Melbourne. Lastly the washer and dryer were not operational (dryer did not heat and the door to the washing machine was broken) - the main reason we booked an apartment.
It is worth understanding these apartments appear to be individually owned so the ikea furniture is less robust than you might expect from a hotel or serviced apartments. Sadly, not the best accommodation we've stayed at.
