This is my first time leaving a comment.
First of all, I had booked two twin beds and one single bed. However, when I arrived, there were only two twin beds. The staff informed me that a special request needed to be made during booking for the additional bed. He then suggested that if I could provide some form of compensation, he could arrange for an extra mattress. When I inquired about the nature of the compensation, he stated that I would need to pay for it. This seemed unreasonable to me.
Secondly, when my parents took a shower, there was no hot water. The supply of hot water was not consistent.
Thirdly, although the environment appeared tidy, there were many cockroaches inside the apartment, both in the bedroom and the bathroom.
Lastly, I paid a deposit of 230RM upon arrival, and the staff informed me that 230RM would be refunded upon my departure. However, on the day of check-out, I only received 200RM back, and the staff claimed that 30RM was deducted for tax purposes.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this apartment and sincerely hope that no one else will have to endure similar inconveniences.
