Looking at the price, hotel is really cheap. They also own hotel Sujal which is right opposite to this property and I had stayed there also earlier. As per facilities, both are same and price of Sujal is almost half of Jivanta.
We arrived there at 6PM. At about noon we called the property and informed them about our arrival time. After check in, when we reached our room, we were greated by a technician, who wanted to check the AC. To our surprise it was not working. This simply means that they knew about the AC problem but didn't do anything even after receiving our call six hours prior our arrival. The technician took about one hour just to find the problem. We had a long drive of about 10 hours and we were really tired, so we requested the staff to do the repairing after some time as we had to take shower and go to the temple immediately. When we came back from temple the issue was sorted out.
We had dinner at hotel restaurant and it was too spicy. Barely managed to eat something.
They don't have any parking space. You need to park your vehicle at hotel Sujal's premises.
Overall experience is not good. With the same prices better options are available. Even by shelling out little more money Sun and Sand is available just opposite to this hotel. Had stayed there earlier and Sun and Sand is really good.
Avoid this particular property if you can.
