I stayed in one of the mezzanine rooms, which was very spacious. There is a downstairs area and the bed was in the loft area. I only stayed one night but I arrived very late at night so I was thankful that the guard waited up for me and let me in. The whole guesthouse is on lock down at night, which makes it very safe. I only had 12 hours total in Phnom Penh, so I was thankful that this place was only blocks away from the Royal Palace, the National Museum, and Wat Onaloum. I had an interior room with no real windows, which was fine for my short visit, but if I were staying for several days I would have made sure to stay in a room with a balcony.
I never could figure out the wi-fi. There were no instructions in the room and the guard did not share the password with me when I arrived at 1am. There was definitely some sort of internal pump going that I could hear in my room, but it did not keep me from sleeping.
The shower room and toilet room were separate and had proper doors. My only gripe was that the shower really didn't drain, so there was dirty water at my feet.
