Check-in went great and they allowed me to get into my room earlier than normal check-in time.
All features of the unit worked as expected and everything was quite clean and tidy.
As time went on during my stay I noticed that housekeeping failed to service my room properly. They are supposed to give one service per week at the property and I did not receive even one during my two week stay.
Instead, I had to leave garbage outside of my door like all the other people at this property.
For clean sheets, towels and toiletries I had to go to the front desk which is usually unattended.
If housekeeping would have came, then there would be no issues with my stay. I was informed that they were short staffed but they should have had enough people hired to cover.
The last issue I had was the free breakfast. In the welcome email they send, it said that there was complimentary grab and go breakfast. I went down to check and was informed by staff that they do not have breakfast at this location.
For the price, it’s a good option but the lack of upkeep on the guests rooms is unacceptable.
I have stayed at motels that cleaned my room at a hotel standard every 2 days and replaced anything I needed fresh.
The hotel itself is fairly modern, there is a gym onsite and laundry. But the laundry room stated they accept credit cards but the feature was broken. I requested quarters in exchange for payment and was denied.
The last note is they ran out of shampoo during my stay.
