I have stayed at this property over several times. Typically my experience has always been good except on this occasion. At my arrival, I notified the property that I wanted to check in, they verified with house keeping that the room was ready, but it was an two hours before 4pm, they tried to charge me an additional amount. When I needed to refrigerate my medicine. The call center the property outsource was very insensitive. Secondly, when entering the room, I notice some repairs that was needed to be completed. Mostly cosmetics but definitely wasn’t up to par as prior stays. Third, I notified the property that there were no small towels, no accommodations were made. They just suggested for me to go to the lounge area and get some towels off the shelf, which there was only two small towels available. I requested more, but was not serviced. The bed was very comfortable and overall the best part is that the room was very clean. There is a miss in appropriate service after hours at this property and a lack of communication between housekeeping and on call(virtual front desk). The other miss is that they don’t take in consideration how frequent an individual stays.
