The good: it’s a beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable, located close to everything in Magnolia.
The bad: when we arrived our door code didn’t work, so we called the number provided. It went straight to voicemail. So we were left sitting outside in the dark in Magnolia hoping we’d get a callback sooner than later. Luckily, another guest came and let us in. About 20 minutes later, we did get a callback from Jeff. He was very friendly and apologetic and gave us another code.
When we did get in, the air conditioning was off. Mind you, this is August in south Arkansas, so it was pretty brutal for the first few hours as a couple of window units worked to cool down the whole 2 bedroom suite with its 12’ ceilings.
I’d probably book again if I needed the space, but I’d definitely be proactive in calling about the A/C ahead of time and I wish it was a little easier to get in touch with someone when the door code doesn’t work.
