The hotel itself is excellent—modern and very clean. I stayed here for part of my trip to Boston. However, the location left a bit to be desired. It felt somewhat far from the city center and wasn’t in an area with many attractions or conveniences nearby. A positive aspect was the Whole Foods located right next door.
It was my mistake not to research the location more thoroughly beforehand. Since we relied on walking and public transportation for most of our trip, we ended up spending a lot of time commuting. Additionally, the heater in the room wasn’t great—perhaps poorly positioned. It was either too hot or too cold, which made it hard to get comfortable.
I also had some issues at check-in because my chip-and-PIN card wasn’t working properly due to being used outside my home country. Unfortunately, there was no option to pay with a contactless card. This was frustrating, especially since the hotel had already been prepaid, and this was only for a deposit
