Very much disappointed in the overall condition of the front of the house and our assigned room. Carpeting in the hall and in our room was not just soiled but simply flithy. I have never stayed in a property in this unsatisfactory of a condition and would not have remained, even though our room had been fully paid for upfront, if there had been any other nearby properties available.
Without any other option we were forced to stay at the hotel, but not without complaint and concern. Our sense was that if this was the operators standard of care and cleanliness what was the hygenic state of the rest if the facility, food prep areas, spa and pool etc. A truely ruined weekend as we
could not wait to leave and continue on with our trip.
The property owners and operators should be ashamed of themselves!
