When I got to the front desk, at 10:00 pm I was checked in by Elizabeth she was helpful and nice, she assigned us our room. Went upstairs got to the room and it smelled horribly like Mold that I got an headache I had to get out of the room, and the blinds didn’t close. So I called the front desk and let Elizabeth know and she said apologized and said she was going to look for another available room. Went downstairs, 10:30 pm to turn in keys and she assigned another room, went back upstairs to the 4 th floor, room felt muggy and hot, I checked the AC and it marked 60 degrees that was the lowest, was not blowing cool air. I turned off the AC turned it back on to see if it reset still did not work I waited in about 10 minutes. I took a shower I had just got back from the beach was tired and sticky just wanted to rest and sleep, and it still was hot. I called the front desk again. Elizabeth said she apologized and said give her 10 minutes to find another room. I went downstairs back to the front desk, 11:00 She was not there because she was looking for a room to see if the AC worked. She came back downstairs and said that the last room that she looked for us felt cool enough to check in there. Went back upstairs and the room was cool and AC was working. But the down fall too was that all the rooms had a big water leakage from the showers when we would take a shower all the water would come out the bathroom into the hallway to the carpet in the bedroom, had to use all the towels.
