Management had no answer. No Management training.
Well right away we had issues with noisy neighbors, from what I’m understanding a college row team. I called to complain that the neighbors were going in and out the room constantly, and slamming the doors. The woman that said to me that I can ask them to keep it down. When she came down to our basement room, she said I don’t know what she can do about it. I asked can I be moved to a quieter floor or room, she acted liked that wouldn’t do anything to make me happy about the stay. Storms came in we lost power there was no one available to talk to about the power situation, I guess no back up emergency generators? Well I sleep with a Cpac severe sleep apnea I couldn’t sleep comfortably at first light we decided to pack up and leave. Our room was completely dark with no light coming in because the first floor was basically the basement. So during our packing we had to use the flashlight from our phone, anyway we left cell phone charger behind and several toiletries behind apparently, when I called the next morning they said nobody saw any items… No Customer Service and a rude so called Manager…. Worst Hotel stay experience ever….,
