Torn...
Traveling for business and had a deadline to submit but their wi-fi was down. I spoke to two different front desk men throughout the course of 8 hours, trying to get it situated and had no luck. They were both nice, but not at all sure of how to fix it and didn't really seem as if they were looking in to the issue. The recliner in my suite was broken but they brought a new one in, so that was ok. It wasn't the cleanest, the doors all had dirty handprints all over them and no dishes in the kitchenette were clean, but I just used the microwave. I paid $5 for a freezer burnt popsicle in the little "convenience store", but I guess that's the "convenience" price. I know the front desk workers can't control all the issues, but they were extremely friendly and that goes a long way, I'm definitely torn in my opinion based on their friendliness, but I definitely would have liked to received some sort of compensation for all the issues. I'll definitely try another hotel in this area before returning here, though.
