This hotel was good value for the cost. It's a little ways out of town but they give you a free one-way tuktuk ride to Pub street each day you're there and it's only a couple of dollars to get back. It was also nice to be away from the noise of Pub Street, although it still gets a bit noisy during the day because of all the schools. Our shower drain didn't work when we got there but they were very quick to fix it.
Everything was always so clean and the pool was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a bit confusing because it's normally a set menu unless there is a tour group staying, and then it's a buffet, so you never really know what you're getting. If there is a tour group and you happen to be eating at the same time, the selection might be limited as is the seating. Otherwise it's quite nice.
We also found that communication between the night staff and day staff wasn't always great, since we would tell someone one thing (for example arranging an earlier breakfast so we could get an early start at the temples), and then find that we just had to repeat ourselves and tell someone else all over again in the morning.
Generally great value though, and a lovely hotel. We had a free pickup from the airport and then a free drive to the bus station when we left. Our tuktuk driver Mr. Lim also gave us two great day tours of the Angkor temples, which can be arranged through the hotel.
