Airline cancelled flights 4 months before stay (2 rooms, 14 nights). Hotel ignored all communication from myself and Expedia who admitted they have false contact info registered & could not authorise a refund as they could not contact the property! False email/telephone number, Website taken down years ago, Facebook not updated for 3 years, Twitter not updated for 2+ years. They only seem to take bookings through 3rd party sites and do not interact directly at all. I see it has now changed it's name on here from Ngaliema Resort Club to Residence Mbemba probably to avoid other bad ratings.
A four figure loss in total, partly my own fault as had I researched this hotel properly I probably would never have booked for us.
Book with this place at your own risk. While I can confirm it does actually exist, don't expect any support if anything goes awry.
