It is a unique boutique hotel with only 4 rooms, with a very nice cafe with good coffee. The location is well situated in Chinatown with lots of food options but is still quiet as it is a short walk from the main street. It is a bit far from MRT Hua Lamphong, about 15mins walk, but one can easily grab or flag a cab. There's a nearby station under construction. When that opens the hotel will be even more convenient. The room and toilet is big, clean and comfortable. The service staff are very attentive but not intrusive and they try their best to make your stay comfortable. It feels a lot more personal than a normal hotel, more like bed and breakfast but with hotel like comfort. There is no room service, but you can easily just walk out and grab a bite. It is also near many temples and a short ride to the Grand Palace area. There are many new/hip cafes, ice cream shops, bars, etc springing up in the area. Will be interesting to slowly explore by foot, along with the many old streets and alleys. There are several massage joints there, but I highly recommend checking out Center Point Massage & Spa (Chinatown), about 10mins walk away. It is not the cheapest, but very value for money for the quality they offer. 2H Thai massage is 750B. All in, I highly recommend the hotel. It is about 1 year old and still not very well known. I believe in no time, it will be difficult to get a room there.
