No hotel is really perfect. Thus, what is equally important is how the hotel appropriately rectifies or makes up for the gaps and deficiencies to make guests as comfortable as possible. Astoria Zamboanga is such hotel. I found the cleanliness and overall condition of my room very poor. Initially, the room was tidied up upon my request. But the staff did not stop there; they transferred me to another room, which was not only better maintained but also was bigger and of better overall condition.
