Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel in any way. There was a lot of noise from the walking street, so we couldn't sleep at all in the evening and at night. The wifi connection kept dropping out, which was very frustrating, but of course, less important than the overall stay. The pool was difficult to get to, and there was only one sunbed. The cleaning lady forgot to lock the door to our room after cleaning since we had been out for a whole day, which felt really unsafe. In addition, a few extra kilos were added for the payment of our laundry, which is not acceptable at all.
The staff were generally very poor at English, especially at the reception, so we got almost no help with our questions. I would strongly recommend finding another hotel in Chiang Mai, as you can easily find a better one in the same price range. The rooms were okay, but the noise and the noise from the street until 02:00-03:00 every single day, unfortunately ruins the experience.
