It was a bad experience
Although the location was great and the hotel was beautiful, the lack of management made it a bad experience. No one was never around, and the breakfast was a joke. They say they offer a continental breakfast but it was nothing of that. There was only a basket with a few horrible products, and even a milk that was out of date and crunched. I have never seen anything like that. They say breakfast is served from 9:00 to 10:00- which was odd- and there was no one around to serve us. The first day we waited until 9 am and went to the lobby, and the manger came in - like he had just woken up- and showed us the basket and the coffe machine. That was it. Ridiculous. The last night, we were woken up by the manager at 10 pm, knocking on our door, asking if we were not suppose to chek out that night. I had to tell him that our reservation was until the next day. He didn't even apologize for waking us up. Everything was just not right. The next day we left the hotel and we had to leave the key on the front desk in the lobby; because again, there was no one around. I guess that's why they ask you to pay upfront when you do the chek-in, cause you will not see anyone later .
