First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours.
As a matter of fact, the owners are only seen during breakfast for a short period, which can be frustrating if something goes wrong, like it did with me and you have no way of contacting them; There should be, in my experience of traveling, somebody knowledgeable enough on hand, for those like me, who require additional support or prefer analogue methods.
Certain things could do with a bit of updating to post covid standards, not to mention, instructions regarding breakfast and other things made more clearer, but i have moaned enough, to make my review unbalanced, so I'll move on to the positives.
Despite the shady, dreary, late 00's décor, I cant fault how secure and modern the building is,
For an accommodation advertised as an B&B, i wasn't expecting beautiful views, self service and all streaming services included with the price; If i had more money, time and energy, it would have been no problem to stay the entirety simply in this hybrid stay.
what staff i did mange to find, were a mixture of friendly, helpful and oppositely, hard to speak with, due to language barriers.
overall, i will be wanting to come back later in the year for a do-over, which will be the first time since i was eleven, that i've made a return visit to a property
