The receptionist on both days was not very professional. Upon arrival, all he said was “last name”. No hello, no hi, no greeting at all. He seemed very disinterested in his job.
The next day, our room was not cleaned, no beds made, etc. I called the front desk and was put on hold. I hung up and no one returned my call.
The hotel itself is nice, however, the staff needs customer service training.
I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels worldwide, and the staff here was unacceptable. I will stay at the Marriott next time in Denver.
