Hotel is well located in Thamel, and the staff are really helpful.
Breakfast a choice of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries etc or hot local food. They also make fresh omelettes for you.
We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and thouroughly enjoyed it, also the Chinese just up the road is nice
Room was clean and bed comfy, with a tv with some English channels.
Be warned Nepal is really dusty as you are walking around, so bring a scarf or something to cover your mouth! Thamel is noisy pretty much all day and night - traffic horns, dogs barking and loud music from the bars across from the hotel, so bring some earplugs.
By English standards I would say this is a 3 star
