On arrival, I was told that the hotel is having some kind of dispute with Expedia, and I would need to pay cash (even though I'd already been charged to my credit card), and that I should seek a refund from Expedia for money paid to them. This was eventually resolved through the intervention of the very kind receptionist, but still annoying to go through.
Location is quite good for exploring Marrakech from outside of the chaos of the Medina, though the place is a bit difficult to find. It's in more of a residential neighbourhood, rather than a tourist spot, which we liked, but best to understand that before booking. Staff on the site was super helpful with regard to arranging airport transport, but I'd hesitate to recommend this place until they sort out whatever dispute they're having with Expedia.
