Staff somewhat aloof. Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. Made for a bit of discomfort. I don't think the rooms/tent are hardly ever cleaned out. Bottled water in the tents on arrival were never replaced after the first day. Trash never emptied during our stay. Felt a bit like being in the twilight zone. It slightly felt like I was imposing on someone's space. Dinners were decent. Breakfast was so so. Wifi pretty much non-existent. Had to use a hot spot off of staff members cell phone. Orange SIMM cards work, but not INWI or MarocTel, so, bring your own Orange SIMM card if you'll need a wifi connection. At dinner time, bon fires were not maintained and burned out quickly even though staff would make their own huge fires before dinner and then go away and let the fires die out while you're having dinner. Classy. No electrical outlets in the tents, only in the common area, one in the "lounge" and one in the "dining" area. For the price, it seems to me that they should have a wifi box for each tent, replace the bottled water daily in the tents, maintain the bon fire during dinner, and after, if you stay for tea or coffee, and empty the trash from the tents on a daily basis. Camel rides were awesome.
