This hotel listing is very misleading.
Firstly, the photos was for a completely different property.
If one used the photos as a guide, one would think that he/she was booking a place with an open-bath.
This could have been simply rectified by having pictures on the room type listing.
Yet there was none.
One cannot shake the feeling that this was deliberate.
So I booked the Excellent cottage thinking I was getting the Open air outdoor bath cottage.
On top of that, I found out (at the reception) that I had to pay for using the hot spring in the cottage, heating and for pajamas.
This was completely unacceptable for three reasons:
1. One would think that at a hotel in a hot spring resort, this should not be charged for.
2. Being a hotel, should pajamas not be basic amenity?
3. Who charges for heating?!
Now, whilst I believe that these three items should be basic provisions, I accept that there may the rare occasion where a hotel would charge, but on those occasions, it should be clearly stated on the listing.
