Our stay started in the worst possible way. Apparently, while searching for rooms on Hotels.com and selecting 2 adults + 2 children, you will still be provided options that are applicable only for 2 adults without any children. This tricked us into believing our booking was for the entire family while in reality it was only for halv of it, leaving our 3 and 2 year olds out. After sleeping one night in a room located three floors up (the hotel doesn't have elevators!), we changed it to another, second night became worst than the first as the hotel provided us with a room that had a connecting room to it, with no isolation whatsoever, meaning we could hear the neighbors talk to each other. Having changed room a third time the following day, we accepted to stay there during the rest of the stay. Also, what was consistent in all these three rooms was that, while we had booked a room with a double sofa, we only got a single sofa for the entire stay. We had to request a baby crib to put our 2 year old in or else we didn't have anywhere to sleep all four of us.
The rooms were clean but what came to hunt us during the stay was that, since the booking was for two persons, every single day, I had to request more towels as the janitors only swapped our towels for 2 new sets (instead of 4 as we were 4 persons!).
Lastly, I forgot some pikés in the room while checking out. I've tried to reach the hotel in multiple official ways, but they are just ignoring me on all platforms - sad! :-(
