Be very careful if booking this property especially through Expedia.
While booking a series of properties for a tour of the western cape I failed to notice that the calendar on the third booking, Rietfontein, had reverted to the current date this year instead of the date we reqd for next year. This was realised as soon as the confirmation came thru and Expedia were contacted immediately. Unfortunately neither Expedia or the Hotel were prepared to change the booking to the dates reqd. The attitude being that we have your money its not our problem .. Not really what could be considered customer service. Needless to say I would not book this hotel if it were the only one left at my destination nor will Expedia play any part in my future holiday plans..
