My recent stay at the OYO Hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a pervasive, funky, moldy smell that lingered throughout the entire hotel, making my stay quite unpleasant.
The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards. The towels and pillowcases seemed as though they had not been washed properly, and the mattress emitted a very funky odor, raising serious concerns about hygiene.
The exterior of the building was equally alarming. The area was filled with individuals who appeared to be homeless, alcoholics, and drug users, making it feel very unsafe, especially for families with children. The security measures at the hotel are severely lacking. There are numerous blind spots around the building due to an insufficient number of cameras, making the area feel even more unsafe.
The staff did not help improve the experience. The check-in person was very rude and abrasive, adding to the overall negative impression of the hotel.
